Frequently asked questions answered

We provide answers to your questions about our courses and services.

How to start investing with HOMENT?

The process begins with an initial contact and a brief fit validation (objectives, time horizon, and profile). From there, we present available opportunities, explain numbers, risks, and structure, and support the investor throughout the entire process.

Do you have a tracking platform for investors?

Yes. We have an investor platform where project progress and updates can be consulted, with visual support and milestone tracking (according to the project’s reporting system).

What information does the investor receive during the project?

The investor receives periodic updates on key milestones: acquisition, start of construction, progress, completion, market launch, and sales process. Transparency and communication are key for an investor who delegates management.

How is the investment legally structured?

Each project uses a legal structure designed to channel the investment and distribute results. In these types of models, the investor participates in the operation according to the defined vehicle.

How are profits distributed in a project?

After the sale and once project expenses are deducted, the net profit is distributed according to the previously agreed conditions between the parties. Each operation defines its distribution structure.

Can I invest in multiple projects at the same time?

Yes, and it is usually recommended. Diversifying across several projects allows risk distribution and balances exposure to timelines, asset types, and locations.

What is the minimum capital required to invest with HOMENT?

The minimum may vary depending on the project. Each opportunity defines its conditions and they are communicated before investing. If the investor wants to diversify, they can do so by participating in several operations.

Is there liquidity before the property is sold?

There is usually no intermediate liquidity: the operation is designed to realize returns at closing. That is why it is important to invest with a time horizon aligned with the project.

How is the invested capital recovered?

The capital is generally recovered when the property is sold and the operation is settled. At that moment, the result (capital + profit) is distributed according to the project agreement.

What is the typical timeline of an investment with HOMENT?

It depends on each asset, but we usually refer to a medium-term horizon (12 months) that includes acquisition, renovation, and sale. Each project defines its estimated timeline before investment.
